Eran is the CEO and Co-Founder of Juganu. Beginning his career unconventionally as a classical violinist, he changed direction and earned his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Eran has over 15 years of experience building high-tech companies from zero to mass production. He is an expert in solid-state electronics and high-speed control systems. Eran holds numerous patents in Physics and Algorithms. Juganu is his second start-up with partner Alex Bilchinsky.

Alex is the CTO and Co-Founder of Juganu. Alex plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development of Juganu’s core technologies that break fresh ground in the smart infrastructure spaces.

Alex has 16 years of experience building innovative technologies from the ground up. He enjoys the challenge of bringing together business strategy, IP protection, wave propagation, electromagnetic simulations, algorithms, and physical model analysis that enable value-added applications and services. Alex earned his degree in computer science, electrical engineering, and physics from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and holds numerous patents. Juganu is Alex’s second start-up with partner Eran.

Out of the office, Alex enjoys playing guitar and sailing.

Keren is a hands-on executive with experience in scaling start-ups and managing resources in corporations. She brings a proven track record in building best-in-class financial frameworks, M&A processes, leading negotiations, outlining and diving deep into detailed contracts, and executing them.

Prior to her role at Juganu, Keren served as VP of Finance at Amdocs, where her key achievements included successfully leading Comverse acquisition and integration into Amdocs, and as a significant contributor for continuously biting company market guidance and share price over performance vs. S&P 500.

With two decades of experience in progressive human resource leadership, Mirit is known for building strong executive teams, supporting rapid global growth in start-ups and mature companies, and leading change management and culture transformation.

Mirit leads organizations to meet their business goals by creating and implementing global strategies for excellent acquisitions, optimizing employee experience, and career development.

A straight-shooting, problem-solver by nature, Mirit focuses on what is important to growing companies and uses her project management skills to enact meaningful changes. She excels in unique scouting, career pathing, and retaining talent to build strong, collaborative teams from entry level to the C-Suite.

Mirit is a music lover who believes that life, like music, is about finding the right rhythm. Once you get to know her, you might be able to guess her favorite genre of music.

Eran is the Chief Strategy Officer at Juganu where he enjoys the challenge of bridging the worlds of hardware, software, client management, and business development in order to bring to life Juganu’s vision of a holistic end-to-end smart connectivity platform.

Eran is a veteran of the smart cities industry with 22 years of experience. Prior to his role at Juganu, he was a founding member of a start-up in the smart infrastructure vertical focused on smart electricity grids.

Eran takes pride in forming strategic relationships that support and complement Juganu’s technical solutions.

Dani oversees Juganu’s Research and Development departments responsible for building Juganu’s platform. He is an expert in network communications with over 15 years of experience in developing carrier-grade networking platforms and researching Wi-Fi vulnerability for the cyber security sector.

At Juganu, Dani’s main challenge is building a comprehensive solution that combines a wide range of technologies and streamlines them into a user-friendly end product.

In his free time, he enjoys everything that consumes gas, preferably with a motor, ideally with wheels.

As a founding employee, Yossi brings over 20 years of experience in combining electricity, light, and radiofrequency technology to design scalable, adaptable solutions that elegantly solve clients’ needs.

Before joining Juganu in 2011, Yossi held a number of R&D and product development leadership positions in the electronics industry, with the majority of his attention focused on radio frequency technologies for the commercial and military markets. Throughout his career, Yossi has excelled at building close relationships with customer teams to design, build, and deliver exceptional solutions.

Yossi is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new places and trying new cuisines.

Dubi joined Juganu in 2020 after a 40-year career in the Israeli Military and defense establishment. In 2021, he was selected as Juganu’s Chief Customer Success Officer.

In his previous positions Dubi held several directorial positions, with his final position as Director of the Israeli Ministry of Defense Mission to the U.S. In this role, he oversaw policy and execution of all procurement with Foreign Military Financing (FMF) in the U.S.A.

Dubi holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and is a proud alumnus of the Wexner Senior Leadership Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
